A co-worker of mine recommended I take my vehicle to Spotlight Automotive for some electrical problems I was having with my Mercedes S500 Coupe. I had already had two other independent foreign shops look at the problem I was having with my windows, locks, and doors. I was told I needed new and very expensive modules to fix the problem. Both estimates where over $2,000 and I was expecting to hear the same news at Spotlight. Kevin said he needed some time to diagnose and research the problem and I was given a lift back to my office. About 2 hours later Kevin called me and told me he had the windows, locks, and doors working again without replacing the modules. The cost was only 2 hours of labor. I was shocked! Kevin even followed up with me about a week later to make sure I was happy and everything was still working properly. My whole office takes their cars there now! A+ service, very personal!

I love Spotlight Automotive!

I love Spotlight Automotive! My car hit a giant pothole in the middle of a very busy street and all the fluids came out. After a slight panic attack with a small screaming child and my car blocking a major street I called Spotlight Automotive and they immediately called a tow truck for me. They stayed open until we arrived in the tow truck and made this very stressful experience a lot easier; I had no idea what to do. After inspecting my car and working with my insurance company they recommended it be totaled rather than replacing the engine, they were incredibly helpful and honest. I bought a new car last week and they did a pre purchase inspection for me before I bought it. It’s hard to find nice friendly people to give you honest advice in this city. Thanks Spotlight Auto!!
